Despite the significant improvement one of the main hurdles is inaccessibility to good and affordable healthcare. Due to which a big part of our population is still vulnerable.

Eye Operations & Cataract Surgeries


RBT regularly through hospitals / NGO / Clinics / Doctors conduct eye Cataract surgeries to prevent blindness specifically to the under privileged senior citizens.

Cancer Hospital


RBT has contributed to the Ramlal Bagadia Cancer Hospital in Ujjain.

Dialysis unit


Ramlal J.Bagadia Charitable Trust has provided free and low cost treatment to chronic renal patients. The main aim is to reach out to the people below poverty line who cannot afford the high medical costs. A large number of dialysis machines have been set up in various hospitals. Prominent centres where RBT has installed dialysis machines are Karuna Hospital (Borivli), Lion Kartar Singh Hospital (Andheri) & K J Somaiya hospital (Sion).

Gynecology wards


Maternal deaths (MMR) is a major concern in India. Nearly 5 women every hour are dying due to the same. Gynecology wards for the underprivileged is an effort in the same direction. Along with Somaiya Hospital and Rotary Club (Royals) we have re furbished and modernized their Gynecology Ward

RBT Trust has helped in setting up the burn ward at Sion Hospital. A large number of people are regularly treated here.

Medicine Boxes


What does one do with unwanted medicines. They either throw it away or stack it up in the cupboards and wait for it to expire. RBT has started a drive to place Medical boxes in public spaces where people can drop off their unwanted and unexposed left-over medicines in medical boxes. These medicines can be distributed by social workers amongst the poor and needy who require the medicines.
