He was greatly moved to see a large population of India, under the poverty line. It meant millions of people didn’t have enough food to eat. They didn’t have two square meals in a day. The cause of distributing ration and food became very special to him. He donated ration and food generously. This work continues in a big way in the remote areas of Maharashtra.

He worked relentlessly for the benefit of the underprivileged. He dedicated his entire old age in the service of the needy.
